hii. I sent you the ASAP Van's low tops shoes brand new in box about 3 weeks ago. I just got a notification from Posh saying the order has been canceled. do you have the shoes, do you know what's going on?

I never received them. They never were shipped. I am very upset! What happened. I can email you the tracking, it shows they never showed up to be shipped.

nothing since this. I have emailed Poshmark several times. They told me to wait until 12/25 to see if the shipping got updated. Nothing! This was a Christmas gift for my son. I am not pleased. What happened? Why did they never get shipped?
