I’m very sorry to hear about the clasp. I can honestly say there were no signs of any problem with the bag when I listed/sold it on Posh, Because our transaction took place in October I’m not sure I can do anything but apologize, had this happened in the timeframe of purchase/delivery I would have happily canceled the order, refunded money and taken the bag back as per posh terms. my intent is not to deceive anyone in the condition of any of my items.

Hi I just wanted to thank you for your offer on the New Heel Boots. so sorry I had to counter 2 dollars more, I counterd with my actual cost, just so I could move them out of my closet. sorry I could not fit your budget at this time. I usually already discount my new items by at least 60% retail. Have a great day.
