mimiafterdark I just seen the rating you gave me on the kiss me clutch you ordered almost a month ago and it’s just now being sent back?FYI, Posh does now allow us to reply to messages hence why I am responding this way. The only message I seen from you was from today due to the rating. I did my part, sent the package and it’s not my fault you were not able to retrieve it. I don’t think it’s fair to rate me low due to negligence not on my behalf. Once the package is returned, I can resend if you’d like?

esaminuamira Also the Cluth was sent back 3 days later which was in Dec. I never saw the clutch or the package

mimiafterdark @esaminuamira again, we can’t see messages. There was never a message sent to me. My ratings are good because I do right by the customer. I check my app daily for updates. Poshmark never sent me anything about your order and it’s just now being sent after all this time. I still have not received it, in transit.

mimiafterdark 9405511202061721753331 The return on your item was processed on January 6, 2022 at 1:15 pm in DULUTH, GA 30096. This is what I’m showing when I track it….you can track it too and it will show nothing has been returned just yet. I’m not trying to argue, but you can see why I’m frustrated.

esaminuamira @mimiafterdark I do see your frustration that was not my intentions. I'm really confused on why no messages were received. i too saw completed when i opened the app. I was like how??? When i was finally able to get out of bed to get the package it said sent back to shipper

esaminuamira I ship several packages as well and have been getting terrible service from usps with lost and forwarded packages.

esaminuamira @mimiafterdark okay I checked the tracking info. Our leasing office closed for New Year's Dec 31-Jan 3rd. I went to retrieve on Jan 5th and It was already gone and then It processed thru the system on the 6th. It's not showing were the package is now. z

mimiafterdark @esaminuamira you should be able to go pick up your package from the post office since it still seems to be stuck there. If you call the Duluth, GA post office with that tracking number, they should possibly have it holding somewhere there because there’s no information on it having left the post office. Let me know what you find out please.

mimiafterdark @esaminuamira I just contacted the postal service to have the package resent and they gave me a case number for it to be investigated. I’m trying to just have it resent because I still haven’t received it back. I’ll keep you posted…

mimiafterdark @esaminuamira before you go today, I just a call from the post office that it was returned on the 6th but is still tracking so I’m going to check my mail on my lunch and see if I received it without notification and will follow up with you.
