@leahfields77 hi there, I'm still not able to get a tracking number for this purchase and postmark has yet to email an update. per poshmark guidelines for the buyer, "if you purchase an item on Poshmark and it doesn't ship after 7 days of purchase, you have the option to cancel your order in the App and receive a full refund." I will give it another day or two and then request the refund if the order shipping info isn't updated.

@crystalgail16 Right. I can’t do anything but give you the tracking number that’s already posted. I cannot control the PO or force them to put up your tracking or deliver your packages quicker. This is so common right now that PM has posted warnings that shipping can be delayed all over this site. Every online company has posted the same. Like you said, it’s ONLY been a week- (with a Holiday included CONTINUED..

I’ve got proof of shipping it and like so many others I’ve had to wait on tracking/shipping myself recentIy, I also understand things happen… but if you’re already upset about it and wanting a refund then I’m good with whatever you choose to do… Ty again

@crystalgail16 since I already reported it as “shipped but not tracking yet” like I’ve always had to do when this occurs they may not give you a refund knowing it’s already shipped, only been a week (with Christmas and soon to be New Years included in that time) but I’m happy to give you your “full refund” when PM allows it. Just would need my shirt back. Thanks again.

hi again, I'm not upset at all. honestly I'm new to poshmark and just want to remain an educated consumer these days since everything is so strained due to the pandemic and holidays. I don't want to miss my window to have anything rectified if need be. was just sending you that message to reach out about my concerns. hope you have great day and wonderful new years :)

@crystalgail16 it’s ok! I’m upset. It’s gotten bad with the post office. Not 1 but 2 of my daughters Christmas gifts were lost in the mail apparently-They’re still not here-They were from different places not PM. 2 of my sold items still haven’t reached the buyers since before Christmas, and 2 out of every 3 packages aren’t even tracking right (like yours.) it’s so frustrating. I apologize again, I hope it gets there soon! I’ll keep my eye on it I promise!

@crystalgail16 sorry it’s taking us long to update tracking on here. I think it’ll line out sometime early this week coming up with both holidays over. Shipping 2 out of 5 packages has been doing this for the past few months off & on. I don’t know what to do about it. Please believe it’s already headed your way and I’m sorry you had to wait several days longer that usual!

I emailed Posh Support this morning (yesterday morning since it’s 2am) and reported your package as “shipped but not tracking.” I got the confirmation this evening they’re aware so they’ll track it manually then it’ll pop up on here. This usually it means it’s sitting somewhere not moving, this’ll get it moving again. I’m really sorry it’s going this slow. It’s not very common but around a Holiday it seems to happen more. It’ll be back on track fast.

@crystalgail16 it’s tracking! I know because I got an update today that says “your package is taking a little longer than expected.” I wanted to reply “DUH!” Lol. I’m in Ky we have 7” of snow so far-expecting up to 10”! I hope that doesn’t slow it down even more! Please let me know when it arrives I’ve been worried about it for so long! I’m sorry this happened!

@crystalgail16 so, I’m sorry to tell you that I was in the hospital due to a relapse with my Multiple Sclerosis and my daughter helped that week by shipping my orders. She’s made a mistake (complete accident) mixed 2 orders up by sending you a duffle bag, the other lady your shirt. With the post office taking that long, ive completely let you down. Please let me know when you get it, I’ll refund your money and still send the shirt.

@leahfields77 Hi I'm so sorry to hear about your relapse with your MS. my good friend's mom has it and I've seen how difficult an exacerbation can be. I just got back into town and yes I received the package with duffle bag inside. what do I do at this point of our transaction? I'm sorry I'm very new to poshmark
