eitaneyton oh, i see, Posh is blocking my response b/c i mentioned two ways you could refund...they dont want anything done outside posh. can you refund me inside posh...i cannot for the life of me figure out how it works. posh wants me to send them a video of the broken zipper...honestly i dont have that much time....
