Hi there you purchased the Resistol Midnight Silverbelly 4X beaver cowboy hat from me and as I was getting it ready to ship I noticed a dimple in the front crown and overall smudges from handling. I took the hat to a professional and they said to be cleaned and the dimple taken out it would need to be blocked again.
