Hi Pam, recently you purchased a purse from me, you mentioned ship time as a problem and I'd love some clarification? I shipped it the day you ordered and you received it the 3 day according to tracking. all items ship 2 to 3 days after orders are placed. I'm confused on this problem. let me know how to help.
