Hi Kristi! I shipped your beautiful London Fog coat today. I wrapped it in a lot of plastic, then placed it in a box. It may need steaming when it arrives. It still has the dry cleaning tags on and I opened the buckles to help it lay as flat as possible. Hope it arrives in great shape!
