janettescloset1 Hi there, my name is Janette and you purchased a VB backpack from me and POSH just sent me a notice to ship your backpack however, I dropped it off at the Post Office after work on Thursday and there would have been an update on tracking by now because I’ve shipped several packages since then and all of them show that they’ve been sent, except yours. I have reported this to POSH and they will follow up with the PO and I will keep you posted.

janettescloset1 Hi, it’s me again. Still no word on your backpack. I’m waiting for POSH to give me the heads up on what to do next. It just has to be lost. It never even scanned after I dropped off at PO on March 24th. I’m so sorry! 😞 I’m sure I will be sending you a refund.

janettescloset1 This is getting embarrassing! Your backpack was returned back to me because it turns out that someone else had received it. Thank Goodness for honest people! I have reprinted the label and it will go out in Mondays mail. I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I feel terrible! I put in a little extra gift for all of the trouble!
