I just read your rating on the shoes you bought from me. The shoes were not “painted”. I have worked very hard to build my business and would never do anything so silly. There is a thing called dry rot that happens occasionally . They will look fine then suddenly have a problem. I’m guessing that may have happened on this instance. I wish you had opened a case and I could have accepted the return. I have sold thousands of items and had this happen only 3 times but it does happen.
