blackfridaynow Hello, I recently sold a top to you, a Tahari. I noticed that the comments stated that ship times were listed as a need for improvement, and item description. We ship same day, and the item description was on spot. Is there an error, or am I missing something? I just want to understand the comments to change things on my end if possible. Ship times can't change, same day ship 4/26 and delivered 3 days later 4/29. Thank you in advance.

rreuther3 @itsallgot2gonow I apologize. I must have misread what it was asking of me. I intended to comment that shipping speed was one of the strong parts of the transaction. I will see if I can go back and adjust my comments. Again, I apologize if I misunderstood what I was responding too.

blackfridaynow @rreuther3 I am new to poshmark, so I got flustered thinking that I had done something wrong. Thank you for writing back, and clearing it up, and sorry for my tone. I am fighting Poshmark right now because an item got lost in shipping and I am now out $150+ and a dress, but they don't seem to want to pay the insurance claim. So, I thought oh hell, now what is going wrong. If you ever buy from me again, remind me of this, and I will give you free shipping.
