colacafe68 Good afternoon. You purchased a pair of b.o.c. sandals from me. Unfortunately the strap was damaged after getting listed. I would never send out items are not as advertised. Could you please cancel the order? You can choose ANY other item in my closet and I will give you 50% for any inconvenience. I am truly sorry 😔
