Hi there. I could understand the rating you gave me if I had tried to hide the stains in any way. But they were very very clearly shown in multiple pictures so I really do not understand why I deserve that rating. The shoes were not misrepresented in any way.

Hi! Thanks for your interest in the red Keen sandals. You mentioned including a tie. If you are referring to the elastic cord ties, yes they are included already. I don’t do any holding of items, but am pretty confident if you come back at the end of the month they’ll still be available. All items we sell have been donated to a non profit, volunteers sell and proceeds go to support an orphan home and school in Uganda.
