@thriftysammie Hi, I think I'll pretty much stay with my offer. The heel caps aren't just gone on one shoe in particular. There is some structural damage because they were still worn afterward. It will take a cobbler to correct this which here in CA is $10 just for the heel caps and labor on top of that so I think my offer is fair. I understand if you don't accept it. Best Regards
