hrpartonq @orangelori - This unfortunately sounds like a scammer a few of us incurred a few weeks back asking to do the same thing. It was to me & I read several others. They were using someone’s account who had actually not been active for several hours on Poshmark compared to the time they had messaged me on Poshmark I had noted as one item & then asking for personal information from me, plus yes, wanting to include additional money. I’m leery when someone does not want to use the platform to pay.

hrpartonq @orangelori I’ll find the name they used on me, but at this time the name was reported to Poshmark so they may be using a different account. I’m glad you asked about this. It’s exciting upfront, but definitely one to be cautious about.

hrpartonq @orangelori - They used the name Diane Wilson and asked me for the following: FULL NAME TO BE ON PAYMENT... FULL ADDRESS TO MAIL TO...... YOUR CELL TO TEXT YOU ON...... LAST SELLING PRICE......... I recommend submitting to Poshmark. It does happen, thankfully in 2 years not often at all, but something to be mindful of.

orangelori @samarisan MY APOLOGIES!!! Another Customer in Florida is waiting for those and I thought the post office was to blame… thanks for reaching out. I can send money through an App for return to sender if that’s an option… otherwise I’ll have to outreach Poshmark customer service to see best practice option for generating a label for myself.
