karencooper80 @karatdunnie I know, I am so not impressed with them! No updates today either. And when I try to call them, it’s all automated. Can’t talk to an actual person. I have already set up a ticket number with them for updates but haven’t heard from them at all. Tracking still hasn’t updated since Christmas Eve. So frustrating when I know it’s so close to home. I could pick it up myself if I knew where it was lol
