karenbeteag12 Hi! You just made an offer on my beaded dress. I need to mention that the hem has been cut as it was too long for me and the very bottom has a little dirt. None of it is noticeable when you have it on and especially if you are wearing for a party as a costume but if you were wearing as a formal dress then you would definitely want to have the hem finished. I'm 5'2 and the bottom touches the floor with platform 3 inch heels on. Wanted you to know before I counter your price.
