willowacarriere Thanks for your reply. I’ve never purchased anything from postmark before and wasn’t sure how to contact you. We bought this toy for my 18 month daughter for Christmas and when we opened it yesterday it won’t turn on. I changed and checked the batteries several times but it doesn’t work. Am I able to return it?

Unfortunately, it’s about 15+ years old and never been taken out of the box or used it is vintage item. I’m not sure on return after this amount of time sweetheart
