It seemed suspicious that this person completely disguised their identity. She purchased shoes from me on Sunday, they began tracking Monday, they delivered on Saturday. Her feedback was that I could IMPROVE SHIPPING and RESPONSIVENESS? It’s not like she asked a question. Then she added CLEANLINESS after she purchased shoes that clearly showed smudges and discoloration from use. Def refuse to do business with her again. If you haven’t blocked her from shopping you should. Unreasonable.
