amandadavis38 @aims4u Hi, I may need a little help or suggestions! I am so close to meeting my tasks to becoming a posh Ambassador and I recently had two purchases from my closet from two separate buyer's and I accidentally mixed the labels up!! Fortunately they reached out and let me know instead of opening a case which is what I want to avoid because I don't want it affecting my status so far. Is there a way to resolve this mistake without opening a case? Thanks for any input!!

aims4u @amandadavis38 hum... the only thing I’d think of is either having them shipping it back to you and you reshipping. ( unfortunately you’d have to offer to pay for it both ways) OR if both agreed to ship the other ones items to each other which would be easier and less expensive & I’d suggest still offering them to pay for that shipping as well. I have never been through this so it’s just a suggestion and I hope everything works out!! 🤞 lmk what happens or anything you might need!
