deedeesmiles4u @happy_hangers that's great. i have tried several types of yogas. I've gone to kripalu a # of times and always try their yoga. i have lousy coordination! the closest I've come is qi gong. i do vipassana meditation as well as Quaker center prayer(basically meditation). I've found them quite healing. they both have similar values. they help to keep living the 8 fold path in the forefront. with all that's going on in the world and the activism i do, i need that silent space.

therapyshop7 @happy_hangers so they have two rose creams.. light and regular. The light one is just lighter.. I love the regular one but a little goes a long way. It’s just a moisturizer. I looked to see if I had a sample of it but I don’t. I wanted to send you one to try. If you don’t like the smell of roses do not buy it. It smells just like roses! I use it about once a week in rotation with all my other stuff
