Please go to your sales, tap on the sale with the DVD, scroll down to "orders / problem inquiry" , then hit cancel order. thanks you for reaching out to me but I purchased same item from another seller a few days ago and it has already shipped. please cancel this order as I have been patient with you for almost a week for no item to be shipped & I paid the full price $7.45 for shipping
