Hi. I say that you rated your purchase as a four because the pants didn’t fit you. I am not sure if you understand what the rating is four. The rating is whether the item was shipped in a timely manner and matched the description. It is a little disheartening to receive a low rating for something outside my control, like fit, when I took the time to ship the pants to you right away.
