glam_botique @unoprimo, good evening! I’m sorry to hear that you have been sick and hope you are feeling better. As I mentioned previously, it is best if you open a case with Poshmark and request a refund. I am unable to do refunds, and only Poshmark can do that. Plus, they took a 20% fee from the sale and already collected that.

glam_botique @unoprimo I understand the sweater fits more like a small and not a medium, and I said I was willing to refund you, but you needed to go through Poshmark to request it. They are the only one’s who can refund you for the total amount you paid, but you have to go through them. Thanks-
