@its_pr1ma Hi. I am sorry for all this delay. It’s embarrassing. I’ve emailed posh 3-4 times requesting a new shipping label and I’ve yet to hear back. I normally dont encounter such issues with posh. If you’d like to also email them it may help either to state you still want the order or if you wish to cancel it. I’m sorry again for the delay. I don’t want you to think it’s me holding up your order.

@its_pr1ma I went to the order and there’s an option to submit an inquiry/problem That’s how I reported it. I was initially asked if I wanted a new label to which i responded i did and then i never received it. I emailed posh again yesterday.

Hello! I noticed it is still saying the post office hasn't scanned the boots for shipping yet. I gave to our mailman Weds morning, so it should be tracking soon. USPS has been sloooowww lately, so hopefully it will get to you quickly once it starts tracking in their system. Thanks! 😀
