Hey love I saw your message about the dress ! Have you went to your post office? The tracking said it is at your local post office because there was no secure place to leave the package I guess ! So definitely go there and pick it up girl ! And if you have already called or went tyhere I would definitely contact poshmark sorry for the inconvenience

Were you able to contact posh I just got the package back to me and it said on the box return to sender , attempted- not known , unable to forward, return to sender..... so you must have had the wrong address, I don't understand why is said delivered and then was sent back to me but I have contacted posh so hopefully you can get your money back or the dress can be resent to you

@fearlessfern I went to the post office on Tuesday after you noted the tracking saying it went there. They advised me to call on Wednesday as the truck hadn't come back yet and they told me they didn't have it. My doorman takes all packages and I have never had a problem before, so I have no idea, but I'm less than enthused. I really just want the dress. I am sorry about the inconvenience it has cause you also.

Your package 📦 was one of THREE things that were turned away for the same nonexistent reason yet packages from Boohoo & bill collections came just fine. I’m reaching out to Poshmark for the third time. 😭 I just want my pretties. Thanks for telling me. I’m so glad you got it back at least.

@dlhatfield2010 I received an email saying you will be able to print a new label and reship it. My apt number should be on the label this time as the postman says that’s what could have been missing. I ship packages and receive them all the time and this has never happened.

@dlhatfield2010 You should be able to print the label off in your back office already. Let me know if you can’t. I will email again and bother somebody about it. You’re the sweetest. I’m glad you’ve been paid, but this is still a lot to have to go through for a sale and I’m sorry about it. I really appreciate your patience and communication. I hope I can still rate and love note afterwards. I have no idea how this works now. 😅

@dlhatfield2010 That’s frustrating as all get out. I’m so nervous that my other package may have the same problem. I asked on of my other sellers and she said her label did print out with my flat number on it. This whole thing is weird. It’s apt # J2122
