princess_a28 @spenceoja hey- just wondering how u made out with poshmark - they never sent me a revised label and I haven’t heard from them since your last message- the address on the label they sent me starts “912”- LMK and I will send first thing tomorrow morning 😊

spenceoja @princess_a28 thanks. That is the incorrect address. They never responded to my message. I am going to make another effort to contact them and let you know. If I still cant contact them, you can just use that label and I will ask the carrier to hold the package at one of their locations.

spenceoja @princess_a28 customer support does not appear to operate on weekends and there is no phone support. Are you ok with waiting until tomorrow for a response? I'm sorry about this inconvenience for you.

princess_a28 @spenceoja on the website if you go into ‘your purchases’ tab- you should be able to select the unshipped order and then select ‘edit address’ and then they will send out the new label (according to the posh customer service site)

spenceoja @princess_a28 thanks. You can just go ahead and use the label provided and I will correct it with USPS. I am unable to edit the label due to the purchase not being in my history unfortunately (I made the purchase before having an account). Thanks so much for your patience.
