trisharward Hi! I purchased a pair of Mini Melissas from you...gold sparkle with Ivory bow and my daughter wore tonight for 1 hour and the bow fell off. Are you sure these are authentic??? Please reach out to me. I’d love a replacement paid. I specifically purchased these for her to wear to my sisters wedding in January and thought I’d be ok letting her wear them to visit Santa. prica91 @trisharward hi sorry to hear that. I have sold more then 100 pairs and never had a compliant and yes the shoes are 100% authentic if you have a Mini Melissa close to you I will suggest to take them and check them so you are more comfortable that shoes are authentic about the refund unfortunately I cannot do anything. Poshmark doesn’t let do anything whit money. Please contact Poshmark and let’s wait what they suggest to do

acroft1979 @trisharward -I wish I would have seen this earlier-this happened to us also. Literally within an hour or two. I got one repaired and then the second time she wore them after getting fixed, the bow on the other shoe fell off! Have never had any other mini Melissa’s do this.
