Hi @ptahara ! I have screenshots of my recent order. The Citizens of Humanity jeans long pictured and even described by exact length, were cut to shorts that don’t even cover my entire butt area. Please refund me my money! :)

@j_hess first of all those weren't citizens of humanity they were Hudson shorts and those were an extra set i GAVE to you for FREE,you didn't order it, i never listed COH shorts. a lot of extras were included in the box,"screenshot"all you want i have pictures as well of everything that was in the box, and you need to take it up with poshmark for a refund and i highly doubt it will get approved because you want your money back on some damn shorts you never ordered

I don't know what your "screenshots" say but MINE say you got 3 pairs of jeans 7FAM which i included a FREEE 7Fam shirt.. you're welcome by the way....hudson jeans and hudson shorts i included for free... you're welcome and habitual jeans. It has also been way past 3 days since delivery so i dont know why you're trying to play me???

Why would i forget to change picture to shorts? The shorts were included as a free gift, same size same brand. Most people appreciate stuff like that but i refuse to talk about this with you any further. You should have contacted poshmark days ago when you got your box like 5 days ago

😭😭 whhhhhherrrre do you get all this cute stuff, but at such inconsistent sizes? Blessing an a curse: there are probably - literally - 10-20 things I’d grab up in a HEARTBEAT if they weren’t to big or small. Makes me so so sad. 😞

I received the package and was disappointed to find the heart on top is broken and completely bent. The pictures you provided didn't show this. Was it broken before you sent it to me?

@janibenz absolutely not! hard to imagine the heart was "broken or bent" when it was triple wrapped and placed in a box then placed in another box, I over did wrapping as its very fragile and would think the heart would be the last thing that would "break" I hope no one opened before you or mail carriers handled it poorly.

@ptahara I don't understand it! As I was opening it up, I thought to myself "wow, nice packaging" what a nice seller and literally heart broken to find that. I sent pictures for you to see. My one guess is that the box was placed on it's side or upside down during its transit and the weight of it was pushing on it and bent it????
