rosemarief One tip I can think of off hand is this: The vast majority of buyers are looking for an ultra bargain- and I mean rock bottom prices. For example I listed a Foxcroft dress purchased $120 and had a ONE DAY SALE- sold it for $10 and the buyer wasn’t happy with it. I found it out that Poshmark has a NO RETURNS POLICY. Poshmark lets you post 8 pics per listing and you should always take more pics than that of your item if you need to prove it was sent without flaws.

rosemarief Most of the buyers expect to only pay $5 to $8 for an item. Even if it is new with tags on and cost over $100. For a while I had a 🔥$20 AND UNDER🔥 sale in my closet to satisfy those people who don’t want to pay a fair price for an item. You will occasionally get insulting low ball offers. Always have a “final price” you’re willing to accept. Price items $2 to $10 more so you have “discount leverage” and can make counter offers on your merchandise. rosemarief @priswalkncloset Take at least one day a week to check out other Poshers’ closets. Some poshers bundle 3 items for $10 or BUY TWO ITEMS GET ONE FREE. See what your competitors have in their closets. And SHARE. If you share something from someone’s closet- they will likely return the favor. If you find something pretty but not your size - leave a comment such as “gorgeous just not my size.” If you do this, 99% of the time that buyer will thank you and you start to build a network.

rosemarief You might ask, so how do I network and increase my followers? Go to SHOP on the bottom bar, click on people, then search people and type in Posh Ambassadors. Start following a few that - they have thousands of followers and if they share your item it gets passed on to all of their followers.

rosemarief Then using the same step select people again and hit the icon for NEW PEOPLE search. Pick a few of those that have items you like and share at least one of their items. They are new and love to have friends who are also new.

rosemarief Also join every Poshmark Party that you can. Such as BEST IN BAGS PARTY or NEW TRENDS PARTY or BEST IN TOPS PARTY. Hit share on your items and select to share To the party itself. You’ll get a few new followers from that. And try and share all you can to the party. If the host doesn’t think it fits the theme you won’t be able to share it.

rosemarief After you have a chance to research other Poshers ‘ closets- think How is my closet different or unique? How can I be memorable? Some Poshers use a great background for their listings or create borders for their listing. Your in a big pond of sellers. I’ve seen Poshers who list a picture of a sign that says. Here’s the rules of my closet and I don’t accept low ball offers. I personally would not do that myself as it might turn customers off.

rosemarief If you should decide to buy something on Poshmark and you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit. Just list it as one of you own listings and price accordingly. I’ve had to do this at least 15 times !!!😍
