@telitabobita needed a little information from you! How does Poshmark contact when I sell something? Because I am having issues with my account, seems like I have forgotten the password for my email!! I have messaged their support team. Anything else I should know?

@promakhan, yes....they do email you once something sells..
you can also look in your sold items to see on your own.
Be sure your banking info is current, etc.
they will send you a shipping label once you sell it also.
You do need to mail it ASAP...

you can message them also... they get back asap. However, it can also take 24 hours

@telitabobita I did email poshmark support and followed the instructions for email change. For the confirmation I have to wait for 24 hours. Let’s see

@telitabobita yes. I’m even having issues with receiving payments. My Mastercard ( credit) is not being recognised by the support team!! So I couldn’t receive payment from a buyer. I used this credit card to shop worldwide!! Very disappointing

Check your spam folder.Check everywhere tomorrow.
They are usually right on it.

@promakhan I am so glad! Poshmark is usually on top of any issues.
They do get paid by us to set us all straight, provide labels and refunds, and more.
Sometimes, it does take 24 hours( not always)
