@corgifan I sent you the measurement on the cream skirt (21” laying flat). That one has no stretch in the fabric. The measurement on the multi-color skirt is 18” laying flat, but half of the waistband is elastic and I can stretch the measurement to about 23”, laying flat. I’m going to add that measurement to the listing so that we are sure we are talking about the same skirt!🧚🏻♀️🧚🏻♀️🧚🏻♀️Happy to help!

I am so glad you wandered into my closet I have a little bit of everything as you can prolly tell! So grateful for weight loss hypnosis, I am now an 8 from a Size 24W!
