natalienutella (I am new to this so I am still learning.) It sounds like there are a lot of hoops to jump through to return an item. Do you want me to mail you a check or money order instead? All that I ask is that you change your rating to reflect that I've refunded you or that you are happy with your order now. I don't want to start my closet with bad ratings and would never intend to sell something inaccurately. Let me know what you think and again, I am really sorry you are dissatisfied.

rxcelover I’m so sorry that ring did not fit you. I was feeling horrible about it and wanted to make sure I had the correct information on the listing or I would offer you a refund. I dug out my original receipt and it clearly states it is a size 7. I’m sorry it doesn’t fit you. I would suggest going to a jeweler and having your fingers sized so you know. Again, my apologizes. I’ve purchased things through Posh and they didn’t fit...it’s a total bummer.
