pattyvous I am so very sorry but somehow I mixed up labels on your package with another that went out in the same size mailer. I was so careful when printing labels, too! I apologize for the inconvenience and will send the correct item as soon as possible. I am not sure if Poshmark will send out replacement labels to you both or if I need to do that, so I am finding out now. Please, please pardon my mistake.

qaleidoscope oh Patty! i was just refunded... does this mean the other Posher is keeping my jacket :( Or did Poshmark do this on their own? I don't mind waiting. i do want the item still. do you have any updates? Thank you so much.

pattyvous @qaleidoscope I am a bit confused on this. I have emailed POSH twice to send the label to the other buyer. The other buyer has a new email with POSH that was just approved the day after my horrid mix up was confirmed. So I asked POSH to resend the label please to the buyer again so it arrives in their new email. But POSH just responds that they are refunding the transaction. I have also been messaging the other buyer. Since I know she received the dress, I will see if she can send jacket to me?

pattyvous @qaleidoscope I just sent a reply but it seems to have disappeared! Pardon if you get two. Other buyer has a new email address. I asked POSH to pls resend the label to new email, but POSH responds that they will cancel and refund purchase. I have been messaging other POSHer too. So now will message her again and see if she will return it to me as the label seems problematic with her new email. Will do my VERY BEST.

pattyvous @qaleidoscope Oh my gosh NOOOO! POSH is so generous and helpful and kind about mistakes. It is no problem at all. They even paid for the switch a roo shipping labels. Once the packages are both with their rightful owners, they will make a decision and I am absolutely happy with that. My ONLY CONCERN is that you GET that jacket. And hopefully love it. THANK YOU for the sweet note. That is kind and thoughtful and so appreciated. After this many messages back & forth, that jacket is yours!
