jaime_kreider @chikwiny I mailed out both luggage covers, you had rated them both but then get both packages back from usps due to a bad address and Support said they tried multiple times to contact you in regards to getting a correct address. when they received no response, they told me they credited you for the sales. if they have not, then I would email them.

jaime_kreider @chikwiny I've been waiting on support, they usually take a few days. they told me they contacted you on the 3rd, you responded on the 6th and then they heard nothing back in regards to the order. as of right now, I'm still waiting on shipping labels to mail the items back out. there's only so much I can do on my end. checking your email might beneficial for you to see if they've contacted you again.
