tjw530 @quynhvt95 hi pls inform your alleged mentally ill seller who made false accusations about me with zero proof that I have reported to Poshmark and filed a complaint for defamation and for violating community guidelines esp regarding anti-bullying. My hubby is an attorney and we will be working w Poshmark and obtaining subpoena to identify the seller and to make sure her business is removed from Poshmark.

tjw530 She has a habit of targeting other innocent sellers every week and this kind of harassment and baseless accusations needs to stop. So far, no one (past and past) has reacted to any of her allegations and in fact just 5 min ago, a recent buyer of mine (who’s tagged 3 times) just gave me a 5 star. I have received a 5 star rating in nearly all of my items and I am still thriving and selling because I am clearly not in the wrong.

tjw530 Hey Ms expert, I didn’t recall you purchasing from me at all. But every single buyer who was tagged not only didn’t an issue, one who purchased from a few days just left me a 5 star rating. And she’s a big seller. If there’s an ounce of suspicion, I would be contacted for a refund and banned from posh. I might have to thank little Ms crazy lowlife cuz her listing got me a few offers 🤣🤣🤣🤣

We take these reports seriously, and we will promptly investigate this matter and take the appropriate action eg suspension of the user’s account. The false listing has been removed by posh and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
