savannah_slim I am confused why you never answered my questions about why you didn’t ship my order. If you couldn’t find the item, you could have just told me and I would have been happy to cancel it. I could see on your site that you were frequently checking your feed but just ignoring me. If you had told me I could have looked for another item for my trip, now it is too late. That is not something I expect from a posh ambassador
