Hello! I'm sorry I had to cancel your Kate Spade Wallet order. The item got damaged in storage. There are weird marks on it that I was unable to get out. I really apologize for the inconvenience. I know it took me a while to get it out of storage and when I did I tried many ways to get the stain out. Sorry for the long wait.

I’ve been trying to locate your order but I think that I never received the denim Pointed Mules in 6 because I can not find it anywhere, and I don’t have any records of selling it before. I think it just didn’t come in the box :(. I do have a size up or size down, would you want me to ship one of those instead?
