lisaernst Problem. I was packing your items and saw the back of the sweater looks like a bite actually. I think it must have got hung up on a hanger or something. Personally I would still wear it or I would pull it in a couple other places. But I'm weird. So.... I can cancel the order. Send a similar sweater too as an extra gift, send $ in the package, choose something u like and I will just include with everything or give you a credit in my closet

It has been in my closet, and while it is new, it has a little pet hair on it. I have been to three dry cleaners and none of them do pillows. There is no odor or stains - as I said, it's new. The options I can offer are to lint roll the h*ck out of it, and/or to give you a discount to have it dry cleaned. PLMK if you are still interested!
