I let Posh know that I made the mistake and I also do not know their rules on the time limit ect . . It’s been incredibly stressful here with the isolation and I made a honest mistake . Again I sincerely apologize and will work diligently to try and get this fixed . Thanks so much !

@rfeb19 just go to the sale page from your purchased items and then click contact Posh support and it should give you options from there . I have never done a return either but if that doesn’t work just do the contact Posh and send them a email . So so sorry for this . Thanks so much

@rfeb19 ok I looked on one of my purchases . Just go to My Purchases then click on the one you got from me . Then click on problems / inquiries at the bottom and then it brings up a list of options and just click received wrong item and it should let you go from there . Thanks

I know, I don't expect everyond to go over the moon but no one has ever taken this long to accept before. I just can't imagine what the problem could be. anyway, I hope you love them! Rita, thank you for purchasing my Stetson booties. I packed them up and dropped them inside PO yesterday around 1pm. I gloved and masked up since package was too big to drop off outside. Only 1 teller working, guess it was lunch time, and line was long so I left at counter and didn’t get receipt. I can’t imagine why the package is still pending shipment scan??? Hopefully, it’ll start tracking soon, but I did want you to know I shipped Monday!!!! I’ll keep checking. 🤨

@rfeb19 omg!!! I just finally got a tracking notice for the booties!!! I filed 2 notices to PM support . I don’t know if they were able to have to gotten this going or not? I’m so relieved and still upset it took USPS this long to show it shipped! I really did mail this on Monday! Anyway, I do hope you like them when you receive!

Hi Rita…when I went to box up your boots I noticed that there was a stain across the front of one. I had them in one of our mud room areas for two years and something must have spilled on it. U can see it in the fourth photo. Do u still want the boots?
