emicia My apartment number is 7B. I am currently on hold on the line with the Post Office that I believe has the package. But you as the sender would have to reach out to USPS to do a package intercept by phone since it is not allowing that to be done online.

emicia Okay, thank you so much! I just spoke with a supervisor and was told that the apartment number *IS* on it but they are not sure where the package is. So rather than do a package intercept, file a complaint. That will get them to investigate where the package may be lost at. And thank YOU!
