rraney1 Nikki, I just received and opened the package, and am severely disappointed. This jacket is COVERED in dog hair. I'm going to have to have the item cleaned before I could even think about wearing it...my allergies are already on fire just from opening the box. How would you like to make amends?

nikki0826 @rraney1 I’m sorry for that, which is weird because I washed the jacket and lint rolled it before shipping it.. also haven’t had a dog for over a year. You can have it cleaned but if you don’t like it still please return it. I went down a lot on the price for you so there’s nothing more I can do. The jacket was never worn just sat in my closet.

nikki0826 Also there’s absolutely no hair in any of the photos I posted and the jacket was not moved back into my closet prior to sending to you. When you rely please tag me so I get the notification.

rraney1 If there was a way to attach photos I would send them, but I don't see that as an option on here. Yeah, I would have expected at least a lint roll job before shipping...or making sure the box itself wasn't full of hair. You did not come way down on the price...you came down to a semi-reasonable price from what you had originally listed...which was retail new pricing. I'm going to keep it and shell out the money for dry-cleaning, just know that I'm terribly disappointed.

nikki0826 @rraney1 like I mentioned before I did wash and lint roll.The box was in my garage for a while so it may have and I should’ve checked that, but I did clean the jacket even though there was nothing on it as you can see from my photos. I have sever allergies which is why I no longer have my dog, I was getting shots twice a week, so i understand having allergies so I also understand a simple wash will help. Sorry it didn’t meet your high standards but this is also resale not a store.

rraney1 I live in a clean, pet free home. The box was tattered, but I highly doubt all the hair was picked up in transit. I'm aware that there is no hair in the pics you posted. I wouldn't have purchased the jacket had the pics been of what I received...duh. If you want to supply me with an email address, I'll happily send you the pics of what I received this morning and the condition in which it arrived. But unless you're willing to make some sort of amends here, then the point is moot, no?

nikki0826 And I did come down on the price I paid $60+tax in store I had it listed for $45 my earnings were $28. I’m not sure if you are away but poshmark takes a large percentage.

nikki0826 The tracking number says it was delivered yesterday so maybe if the box is in bad condition it is due to being outside since then. I’m not giving out my personal information. If you plan to keep the jacket and just have it washed please accept so I can have gas money. If not please return so I can sale to someone else.

rraney1 I don't have unreasonably ''high'' standards....just not covered in pet hair would have been nice. I'm aware that this isn't a store. I have purchased many other items on here before, with nary an issue. I am also aware that PM takes I believe 5-10% of the items sale price. I paid $35, with shipping $43, and now with dry cleaning $55....the price of new in store. It's just a learning curve. I won't purchase from you again, and I doubt you'll lose any sleep over that.
