melissa_marie77 You need to open a claim with “where you purchased” to get refunded from the seller. Submit pictures showing the item you received is not the item you purchased. That’s what I did when the seller stopped responding to me. Then I got a return label and mailed the shorts back to the seller but they got returned to me as undeliverable and return to sender. 🤷🏼‍♀️
