kissafer @momofboys2008 I shipped your item yesterday but I haven't received confirmation that it was scanned at the post office yet. Usually I get the email the same day I ship it. Just wanted to give you a heads up! 🙂

kissafer @momofboys2008 I have submitted a help ticket from Poshmark on the issue with not receiving a shipping confirmation so I am waiting to hear back from them. Please let me know if you receive your watch in the next couple of days. Maybe it was still sent they just didn't scan the package. I apologize for any inconvenience. I will let you know what I hear from Poshmark when they contact me.

kissafer @momofboys2008 I called the post office today and said it wasn't scanned at any post office so she is going to call the mail carrier and see what they have to say. She's going to call me back and I'll let you know. I'm soooooo sorry. This has never happened before. I hope someone didn't steal it from the mail box 😢

kissafer @momofboys2008 yes you will be refunded. I have a ticket in to Poshmark to cancel the order. It won't let me do it manually. I submitted the ticket earlier today so hopefully I will hear back from them soon. 😊
