hikinginheelss @drdutch no worries I don't rate on the packaging but the product - my first shipment wasn't pretty and someone actually rated me bad on it - I will never understand that it's the product I am buying and when I purchase from stores online it's not gift wrapped unless I pay for it - I do wrap things pretty now because it's expected however I personally would never turn my nose up at a lovely product because of its wrapping - I am in love with the boots and they fit perfectly !! Much love
