michaelcory The watch you sold me is broken. I took it to my jewelry shop to get a battery and they said they tried multiple batteries and that it is not the battery. That the watch is broken. I would like a refund.

racheljfsmith @michaelcory sorry to hear that. It hadn’t even been used. I believe if you contact poshmark, they can issue a refund. Other than that, I don’t know how I would do it on my end since they are the middle man.
