jpisk Hi Rachel, Thanks for your rating. The sneakers were clean expect the soles but they are used. I apologize if your not happy with the item and would be happy to expect the return. As stated they are not brand new sneakers but we're used a few times and there were pebbles stuck in the soles. Please schedule a return through push mark. Happy Poshing ❤️ God bless
