castle_clothing @amburnham1 hello! I’m a relatively new seller and have never had this issue before. I believe you need to open up a case with poshmark and include photos of the damage and I will include the photos that I have. It will be up to them what happens next. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!

sabziez Hello! I accidentally submitted an offer and didn't mean to order the embroidered VS slip dress. Is there anyway that you could cancel the order and refund me? castle_clothing @sabziez hello, I already shipped the item so there is nothing I can do at this point. Whenever you receive the item, you’ll have to contact poshmark and talk to them. They usually only accept items if there is damage that was unlisted.
