doctajnnp Hi, I just received the IZOD Saltwater Relaxed Classics Men's Marlin Fin T and unfortunately accepted it before I noticed the almost 3 inch separation in the seam of the back of the left sleeve. Now that I look closely at your post, I can see it because I know it is there. This was not disclosed in your post. As a Poshmark Ambassador, please tell me how you can make this right. I have contacted Support as well.

raounwind @doctajnnp hi, I'm sorry but i did not notice that. Had i noticed it i would have disclosed it in the listing. I will gladly accept the return however, we must wait for poshmark. Unfortunately, Poshmark does not give its sellers much control over anything even if we have "ambassador" so we just have to wait.

doctajnnp The problem I had with contacting Poshmark support is that every time I tried to answer the required questions on the form, it would just loop me into the FAQ pages. I ultimately sent them a generic e-mail which I think is for people with technical issues. Let's see if they respond.

raounwind @doctajnnp I understand and I do apologize. I couldnt do anything else either because the item was accepted. I tried sent wrong item to see if I can get anyone from poshmark to respond. I will continue to try to reach them.

doctajnnp @raounwind OK, thanks. It does give me the option to say I never received it and I know from something I sent that was stolen somewhere along the postal system, both the buyer and I, as the seller, were fully refunded. However, since I already accepted it, that will likely be an issue.
