rongway81 @rgrochowsky11 so if you report about the Toms shoe case they state: When a buyer reports an issue, we ask them to provide us with photo proof showing how the item does not match the listing description. Upon review, we either approve or deny the case. If we approve the buyer's case, they will return the order back to you for a refund. If we deny the buyer's case, we will release your earnings and a return will not be available.
